During my sessions with students, I am observant and assess what they are struggling with and where they have improved. I try to make the atmosphere a friendly and completely non judgmental one so that the students feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions, and trying their best even if they will not always succeed. I encourage and motivate my students throughout the session, to enable them to succeed, but more importantly, so they will recognize their inherent abilities and strengths. Read less
